Whether it's once off, once a month or weekly - getting a group of friends together for a stretch and catch up feels good for the body and the soul - contact me about availability and location options. Corporate classes are a great way to give your employees a chance to slow down, regenerate and refocus - benefiting the employees well-being and business productivity. I will provide most props however a yoga mat and/or towel will be required by all participants. **Price is determined by number of people, length of class and location - feel free to contact me for a price and availability!**
