Prenatal yoga is not only for the experienced yogi, rather many women turn to yoga for the first time during pregnancy. Used as a gentle way to stay active, form connections and prepare for the birth of your child. Private sessions allow for a sequence to be created that is perfectly suited to your unique prenatal needs, while encouraging you to tune into your own intuition. I'm trained to keep you and your baby safe during this period of massive transformation, whether or not you are experiencing any of the discomforts that come with pregnancy, including but not limited to: - Back pain - Sacroiliac Joint pain - Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction - Sciatica - Diastasis Recti - High/low blood pressure - Heart burn/nausea - Fluid retention - Leg cramps/aching hips In the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you, I would love to guide you through a sequence of movement and mediation as you prepare your mind and body for the greatest gift of all - life. The first session will be a chance for us to meet, with a primary focus on meditation as I gain an understanding of your specific needs and your journey to Motherhood.
